Is Your Property
Accessible to Liberty Hill
Firefighters?

Fire trucks need a 10-foot-wide by 13.6-foot-high clearance to access your property. A smaller entrance means longer delays; and in case of fire or a medical emergency, any delay can mean the difference between life and death.

Williamson County Emergency Services District No. 4 was established in 2000. An ESD is a political subdivision of the state and taxing entity regulated by Chapter 775 Texas Health and Safety Code. A board appointed by the County Commissioners serves as a fiduciary to oversee the flow of the taxes collected and disbursed by the district.

The tax rate for ESD No. 4 is $.10 per $100 property valuation. The tax assessed and collected is used to provide citizens of the Liberty Hill Fire District with 24-hour fire and emergency services protection. The district is 136 square miles.

The ESD Commissioners meet in regular session on the first Tuesday of each month. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
